20 on Rayner is nestled in a quiet location, behind the main street of the Myrtleford township. The property has an open plan kitchen along with a European laundry.

The living area includes modern furnishings. The two master bedrooms are both beautifully decorated with 1 bedroom having a Queen bed and the other bedroom with a king bed, both with luxury linen provided, along with electric wall heaters for those cooler months.

The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and double vanity with Sheridan towels.

Relax outside on the comfortable outdoor setting and enjoy a BBQ in the well maintained and secure gardens along with some outdoor entertainment. There is also a shed and a lockable cage for storing snow and cycling gear.

Whilst we do anticipate Wi-Fi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wi-fi availability is dependent on the network provider. The owner will not be held accountable for network errors.

This property is pet friendly upon request, but due to the garden size is more suitable for small to medium dogs. The pet fee is $50 per pet per stay.
